Oatmeal with fresh fruit on top - if you're a lacto-vegetarian, add some plain yogurt to make it even better!.
Oatmeal takes about 5 minutes to make (counting time to boil the water) and adding the fruit (stuff like strawberries, bananas, and peaches work GREAT, anything soft and very sweet)!. It's also very healthy, especially if you don't add processed sugar or milk/syrup!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
