Is my bread vegetarian?!


Question: Is my bread vegetarian!?
I use Arnold's bread mostly and I need to know if the mono and di-glycerides that are in it are vegetarianWww@FoodAQ@Com

All bread is "vegetarian", but not all bread is vegan, like ones that contain milk, eggs, butter!.!.etc!.

The word your thinking of is "vegan" which means no animal byproducts what so ever!.

As for the di-glycerides!.!.!.I'm not sure what those are!.!.could be an amino acid!.!.which could be animal derived!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I would think that with multiple types of teeth your ancestors and mine evolved eating multiple types of food
