Clean them, slice them, dress them with some really good olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
I'm sure they're fine!
You can:
-Put them in an omelette! That's really tasty!. I like an omelette with mushrooms, a bit of goat cheese, and some rosemary (just a little, it's strong)!. Or with swiss cheese!
-I like cheese pizza topped with mushrooms, spinach and pineapple!. I swear it's good!
-Mix chopped mushrooms with shredded carrot, minced onion, cooked rice, and chopped tomato!. Use to stuff veggies like bell pepper, tomato, zucchini/eggplant, cabbage leaves!. Steam or bake until veggie "container" is soft
-They are really good mixed with rice
-Mushroom soup is delicious!. You can make a simple one by just sauteeing mushrooms with onion and garlic, adding vegetable stock!. Let it simmer together for about 15-20 mins!. If you want you can add potatoes, rice, or milk (to make it creamier)!. Leeks are also good in that!.
-Sautee them and use as a topping for a baked potato, with some swiss cheese!.
-Sautee with onion and garlic and a chopped tomato until the onion and mushrooms are soft!. Add a couple of tablespoons of sour cream and stir well, let the cream get just warm!. Put this sauce on top of noodles!Www@FoodAQ@Com
