Pineapple pizza.......?!
So I'm on a diet, I couldn't resist to pizza, even if it was not my favorite!. So i ate pineapple pizza!. the ones from little caesars pizza!. i'm wondering if thin crust pineapple pizza is not healthy!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

A pizza every now and then is absolutely not going to affect your health negatively!. And, chances are, if you're eating healthy and exercising regularly, it won't ruin your diet!. We all need to give in to temptation every now and again!. Next time, just avoid fast-food pizza and make your own!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
The unhealthiest/highest-calorie part of the pizza is the cheese!. Well, meat too, but I'm assuming you're vegetarian!? Anyway, thin-crust pineapple pizza would be very healthy without cheese or with just a small amount of cheese!. Not sure if Little Caesar's will accommodate complicated requests like "just half the cheese," but if not, I'm sure they will at least make it without cheese and you can add a little bit of your own if you don't like it without!. Just be warned that it will be less filling, so try to resist the urge to eat the whole pizza!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
pizza in general are mostly seen as unhealthy because of the sauce and cheese content!. mainly the sodium and cholesterol content in those ingredients!. they also probably use whole milk on their cheeses so the fat content is much higher, but thin crust is probably your best bet on the "healthiest" crust you could ever get at a pizza place!. they use enriched bread so getting less "bread" or thin crust would help you alot from getting less white or enriched flour!. when you are eating breads that are not whole grain, your glycemic index is higher from that meal!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Well honestly the whole pizza is probably not the healthiest!. It could be worse!. Little caesars uses fresh ingredients!. You should get the Vegetarian Pizza next time!. There are less calories in it!. :]

A lot of people would say that pizza is bad for you!. But in all honesty its not really that bad!. Pizza actually contains many parts of the Food pyramid that we need on a daily bases like, dairy, some fat, and in your case some fruit!.
