How come Vegan men have a very feminine look and are very skinny?!

Question: How come Vegan men have a very feminine look and are very skinny!?
There's a vegan club in my school and all of the men are very skinny and have very feminized walking style and looks!.

What causes a vegan diet to do this to men!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Two things!. First of all, the artsy, feminine types tend to get involved in the vegan lifestyle to begin with!. For example, in San Francisco, there are probably more vegan restaurants than anywhere else in the country!. There are also more artistic, liberals and more homosexuals!.

Secondly, it is possible to eat vegan and be perfectly healthy as long as vegans eat enough tofu, soy, rice and beans, nuts and seeds, etc!. However, many vegans don't eat enough of these things and it causes protein deficiency!. Unlike cows, humans do not have four stomachs!. We simply don't have the digestive system to make protein out of grass!. We have to eat protein!. Without sufficient protein, we cannot grow very large and will be somewhat skinny and anemic looking!.

People who don't get enough protein also will develop into men more slowly and this can give them a "young" and feminine appearance!.

Finally, some vegans don't eat enough fat!. Fat is necessary for making hormones like estrogen and testosterone!. A lack of fat can slow hormonal development and cause a testosterone deficiency!.

I want to note that it's perfectly possible to eat vegan and be completely healthy, but it does require someone to pay attention and make sure they're getting all the right nutrients!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I think you'll find the correlation is more the other way around!.

The 'feminine' characterisitics may be representative of homosexual men, or simply guys who are open minded!. The liberal philosophies and attititudes of these people may lead them to adopt a vegan lifestyle as they are more willing to learn about the truths rather than blindly follow society!.

That being said, my vegan husband is neither skinny nor feminine!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Clint Eastwood being vegan makes up for all the 'feminine' men you see that are vegan!.

It is relatively simple still to be fit and athletic or even overweight on a vegan diet!. It really is about what you eat!. Vegans can get more than enough protein throughout the day to build muscle easy (upwards of 160g), and it should be common for everyone no matter what their diet that they have an informed opinion about what they are eating anyways to confirm that they are maintaining healthy eating habits as well as getting vital nutrients!.

UMM that has to be one of the biggest generalizations i've heard in a while!. of course some vegan men are going to look that way, but i've seen A LOT of meat eating men who look skinny and feminine!.

anyway, i'de rather be with a thin healthy person who's vegan, than an overweight/obese person like a lot of meat eaters are!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Ohhh yes, well Shannon Oliver and Storm Talifero look soooooooo skinny and feminine in the link pictures, don’t they:
