HELP! soups, stews, salads, stir-frys!? (vegetarian)?!
I really want to learn and make some soups, stews, salads and stir-frys!. I always make the same recipe!. Does anyone have any easy recipes for those dishes!? Please only vegetarian and if you have any vegan that would be great! Remember i need fast and easy recipes (instructions too) :) I'm 15, so it can't be impossible and take long!. Feel free to add links to sites with recipes and blogs!.

I hate to answer with just a link, but food blogs are your best bet -- it's how I learned to cook and experiment with different food as a teen!.

VEGGIE PASTA SALAD
5 lbs of cooked Cavatappi pasta (or any small, firm shape)
4 cups of finely chopped mixed vegetables (Chef King uses yellow squash,
zucchini, carrots, and red peppers)
Balsamic vinaigrette salad dressing to taste
salt and pepper to taste
Cook, drain and let pasta cool
In a large bowl, mix pasta, chopped vegetables, and salad dressing!. Keep adding and mixing dressing until pasta and vegetable are coated!. Serve or keep chilled!.
Vegetarian Vegetable Soup
4 Servings
2 medium carrots, cut into slices
2 stalks celery, cut into 1-inch slices
1/2 cup onion
2 cups of water
2 cups of tomato juice
1/2 tsp each salt and pepper
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp oregano
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1 T!. olive oil
Place carrots, celery, and onion into a blender with 1 cup of water!. Process until smooth!. Combine all ingredients except olive oil in saucepan and bring to a boil!. Cover and simmer for 6 minutes!. Remove from heat and stir in olive oil!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Vegan "Chicken" and Dumplings
Ingredients:
1 package of frozen vegan dumplings
1 bag of Morningstar Farms Chik'n Strips
2 stalks of celery, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
2-3 cloves of garlic, minced
1-2 small potatoes, cubed
8 cups vegetable broth
1 bay leaf (optional)
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Bring vegetable broth to boil and add chopped vegetables, dumplings and bay leaf!. Reduce heat to medium to prevent dumplings from sticking!. Cook dumplings according to the package and when vegetables are tender (25-30 minutes), add Chik'n Strips!. Cook for another 10 minutes and remove bay leaf!. Salt and pepper to taste!.
Vegetable Chili
Ingredients:
2 cans of tomato sauce
1 can of diced tomatoes
1 can of corn
1 can of kidney beans
1 can of chili beans
1 medium sized onion, chopped
seasonings of choice (garlic powder, chili powder, salt, pepper, etc!.)
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a large pot and simmer for a few hours!. You can use whatever seasonings you would like to add until it "tastes right"!. I usually use a pack of vegan chili powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and season salt!.
Mixed Vegetable Stir-fry
Ingredients:
1 bag of preferred frozen stir-fry vegetables
Oil (as needed)
Soy sauce
Directions:
In a frying pan or wok, combine oil and vegetables and cook until vegetables are tender!. Pour soy sauce over vegetables and enjoy with rice or alone!.
Fresh Garden Salad
Ingredients:
A few lettuce leaves, shredded
A few cabbage leaves, shredded
1 medium onion, chopped
1 cucumber, chopped
1 carrot, shredded or chopped
1 tomato, sliced
Directions:
Add all ingredients into a large bowl and top with a preferred dressing or homemade croutons!.
