Question: Healthy meals to eat daily!?
i have a feeling that even though im trying to cut down on the amount of calorie intake, im steal eating unhealthy!. plus i would like to lose weight!. so what would be a good meal to eat!? Breakfast, lunch or dinner!.!.!.if you could all three!. :D thank youWww@FoodAQ@Com

Snack: Nutragrain Bar
Lunch: Soup and a small sandwich
Snack: Nature Valley Bar
Dinner: Salad with (any meat) and wild rice/mashed potatoes!.

Try starting the day with a green smoothie (fruit blended with green leafy veggies such as baby spinach)!.

I would say try to replace bad snacks with fresh fruits or veggies and start a workout routine!.
Worked for me, Went vegan, worked out, lost weight!.
