I cannot give you any proof that raw veganism is better for you, only my own "anecdotal proof" thus I say you can only try it and see how it feels!.
( I do think that it is great for everything in your body from your hair to digestion but I have no real PROOF!. Only studies and anecdotal evidence!. Both of which are extremely flawed!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

So much more than you would have thought!. Increased health and vitality, a new way of thinking, clear mind, balanced weight, nourishment!.
I tried it once and thought it was great but, for different reason's it is difficult for me to go completely raw at this moment!. I eat predominantly raw though!.
