hmm, out of all fairness, I'm not a vegetarian but I do sometimes eat tescos Veggie burgers which do taste pretty damn good, even better on a roll with brown sauceWww@FoodAQ@Com

Well I guess we all have different taste buds but I enjoy the Amy's Kitchen burgers, especially the California Burger! I have never had fake bacon (cause I never liked it in the first place) but I have had veg sausage that is quite scrumptious!. The Lite Life brand sausages and smart dogs are very good, or at least I think so!. They also make burgers and bacon, though i've never had either!. And they make veg "ground beef" and I think it's fantastic and perfect for Sloppy Joes!. Their food is very high quality and are made from natural ingredients but still taste good!. Everything I have tasted if theirs was delicious so give them a try, hope you are disappointed by them >!.<Www@FoodAQ@Com

Quorn brand- the cutlets and pieces have a similar texture to chicken and absorb whatever flavor they are cooked with!. Great for fajitas, salads, casseroles or just plain w/barbecue sauce or whatever!.
Morningstar farms brand- chik patties, spicy black bean burgers, corn dogs, buffalo wings, soy sausage all staples of my diet! The bacon's good on sandwiches (with avocado, cream cheese, tomato, lettuce-yum!)
amy's veggie burgers are all tasty as well! so are sunshine brand burgers!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

My personal favorite is the Quorn brand of substitutes!. They make a roast that you can cover with herbs and cook in the oven and then it is delicious!. After eating that none of the other brands compare!. The 'chicken nuggets' from Quorn are also delicious!.

Quorn is one of the few veggie products not made from soy so it doesn't have the strange texture that most products usually do!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I thing Linda McCartney sausages are quite a close match to the real thing!.

also maybe you shouldn't have phrased your question that way, gives people the wrong idea, makes you sound like a bit of a jerk!.

> Vegetarian meat is an oxymoron nowadays, but originally meat was just any solid food eg!. nuts and mushrooms are meat!.!.!.in a way!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

"Gardenburger" sells ones that have a grilled taste to them!. they even have the grill marks on them!. lol! They are pretty tasty and you can microwave them!. I melt cheese on top (you can use soy cheese) and fix it up like a burger!. "Boca" has a line of soy "chicken" nuggets that are pretty good as well!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Soy from taiwan tastes good!. Tastes real!.

The american junk including linda mccartney tastes horrible!. Like cardboard!.

Bacon bits, whatever the brand, are always good!. Try those!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Boca Burgers are quite passable, and I'm not a vegetarian!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
