Its probably the excess soy
High levels of phytic acid in soy reduce assimilation of calcium, magnesium, copper, iron and zinc!. Phytic acid in soy is not neutralized by ordinary preparation methods such as soaking, sprouting and long, slow cooking!. High phytate diets have caused growth problems in children!.
Trypsin inhibitors in soy interfere with protein digestion and may cause pancreatic disorders!. In test animals soy containing trypsin inhibitors caused stunted growth!.
Soy phytoestrogens disrupt endocrine function and have the potential to cause infertility and to promote breast cancer in adult women!.
Soy phytoestrogens are potent antithyroid agents that cause hypothyroidism and may cause thyroid cancer!. In infants, consumption of soy formula has been linked to autoimmune thyroid disease!.
Vitamin B12 analogs in soy are not absorbed and actually increase the body's requirement for B12!.
Soy foods increase the body's requirement for vitamin D!.
Fragile proteins are denatured during high temperature processing to make soy protein isolate and textured vegetable protein!.
Processing of soy protein results in the formation of toxic lysinoalanine and highly carcinogenic nitrosamines!.
Free glutamic acid or MSG, a potent neurotoxin, is formed during soy food processing and additional amounts are added to many soy foods!.
Soy foods contain high levels of aluminum which is toxic to the nervous system and the kidneys!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Did you replace the meat with another source of protein!?
Try eating more eggs, dairy, legumes, ect, to get the protein!.
If you feel hungry after you've just eaten, it's usually because you're not getting enough of some vitamin, mineral, nutrient or something!.
You just need to make sure that you find an adequate replacement for the meat!.
Humans are perfectly capable of being healthy without meat!. In the middle ages, noone ate meat, except the nobility, and they survived, so you should be fine too!. There are still poor people in third world countries who don't get anywhere near the amount of meat that average Americans do, and they're doing pretty well!.
Don't get discouraged!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I stopped about 3 weeks ago and I didn't get the aches or the 'withdrawl' that many people said!. I do feel great and energized, but I am pretty sure that I have developed an iron deficiency since stopping!. (I have since began eating spinach regularly each day and am going to supplement with a general vitamin for good measure)
Examine your diet and ensure that you are eating properly to either maintain or consume enough nutrients!. I find that one of the best and easiest things for me is to make oatmeal or have granola!. It's delicious, full of energy and is sure to 'fill' you up!.
Write down what you eat in a week, or even a day, look it over and consider if there are any things you are lacking or if there are changes that should be made!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

The culprit is most likely your terrible nutrient profile!. All-too-many people "stop eating meat" and try to live off of PB&J, lettuce, and cucumbers!. You need to eat a well-rounded nutrient profile!.
EDIT: Yes, let's give thumbs down to the person who suggests that she eats well-rounded nutrition!. Heaven forbid someone recommend that a person eats a diet with a lot of variety!.
I probably got that response because these idiots think I'm recommending meat!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You are normal, that is your body's way of saying you aren't nourishing it properly!. You need to eat meat!. I was a vegetarian for 6 months and almost developed anemia, even though I was still eating meat subsitutes and lots of other non meat forms of protein and iron AND taking a multivitamin!. The day I started eating meat again, almost instantly I felt better, and people have told me how much better I look too, don't let all the bleeding hearts tell you that vegetarianism is healthy, b/c it is not, any reputable doctor or nutritionist will tell you the same thingWww@FoodAQ@Com
I never experienced anything in that sort!. You are not just weird you probably need more iron and protein!. Try eating foods with a lot of iron and protein such as beans etc , or getting high iron vitamin pills!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Never experienced it, but different blood types require more ot less of different nutrients!. Maybe you have the blood type that requires more protien!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Nope, I actually became healthier (according to my bloodwork)!. Just make sure you are getting all the nutrients that you need (which is more than possible on a vegetarian or vegan diet) and you will be fine!Www@FoodAQ@Com
This is completely normal as your body is detoxifying itself from the stuff you used to eat!. Relax and it will go away soon!.
