Edit:Supplements are just as healthy, some people just don't like putting chemicals into there bodies(Another reason to go vegan!:)) so they want to get it naturally!. Thats pretty easy as I already showed you!. I don't get why people jump to supplements when there are quite a few plants high in calcium!. :)Www@FoodAQ@Com

If you think supplements are not healthy you are either an idiot or very misinfomed!. There is no difference between calcium you get in a supplement and the calcium you ingest from food!.
EDIT: Look, I don't want to be an ***, but this kind of thought bugs the crap out of me!. Chemically there is no differance between some compound that grew in a tree and the same compound made in some lab somewhere!. The stuff you get in a supplement is the same stuff you'd be ingesting naturally!. People get the idea that somehow "organic" is better because of clever marketing!. Scientifically their ideas have no standing!. Calcuim is calcuim!. It's a freaking element! There is no possible way it could be any different!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I have really suffered from Rickets-my body can't absorb vit d-to absorb the calcium!. Your bones become very soft-can't walk and your rib cage starts to bow out!. So, I say whatever it takes to keep you healthy and calcium and vit d is so important and supplements keep me walking without pain-so I know they work and do their job just fine!. Your being silly!. Your health is at stake-can you eat goat milk cheese and goat yogurt or yogurt cheese or tofu!? Green leafy vegies have some calcium-you might have to eat loads of them to get a little amount!. Liquid vitamins that go right to your blood stream, I think, is better than pills that may not dissolve!. Whether you take supplements or not is not the question you should be concerned with: but, keeping healthy and walking and not crippled!. Do what works! and keeps you healthy!. Good health to youWww@FoodAQ@Com
