More vegan questions..........?!

Question: More vegan questions!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!?
what cereals are vegan and have lots of b12 but very little calories!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
Maggie, if a meat diet was so natural you would not need tools, machinery and weaponry to catch your prey!. You really think those brittle teeth of yours can cut through animal hide!?!?!? nonetheless catch a raging bull!? They'd stomp the crap out of you if it weren't for human weaponry!.

In answering the question, try looking into Total cereal!. I think it has a good level of b12 and lower calorie count than the sugar cereals!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Some of the special K cereals are vegan and they contain quite a bit of b12!
Rice milk and soy milk also have b12 in them, just try to incorporate them into what you are cooking and you have some b12!:)
Maggie, I never claimed it was natural, nobody on this question did!. With modern technology it is possible to be sooo healthy on a vegan diet and you are helping stop global warming, save the animals, and reduce world hunger!.
And technically, you could get a deficiency from it, or you could put your faith in the small amounts in organic produce and live happily!.
Adam and eve where vegan!.:)
Kinda funny how COWARDLY you are to never reply to what I say to you!.

Wow, she replies to someone elses theory, but not mine!.
I do agree with her on that one!. We are meant to be slightly omnivores, as in small amounts of meat!. Thats why our teeth can not handle anything bigger than guinea pig and we are smart enough to cook it, but with modern technology, what do ya know! I don't support killing!! Yay go me!

COWARDLY of you maggie M to not respond to me, I always respond to you!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Depends where you live and what's available, but most muesli, oatmeal, corn flakes, wheat biscuits and the like are low calorie and vegan, although is always worth checking!. Kelloggs cereals have had major question marks over where they get their vitamin D from in their cereals (could be animal derived) so I try and steer clear of them usually!.

You'll always have to check always for B12, as this is fortified in all vegan foods, and amounts can vary between cereals!. Remember though, foods such as soya milk are fortified with B12 too, so there may be more than one source of this in your diet!.

Oh, and forget maggie right now: this person we know is a troll, has likely never been a vegan, doesn't want to be one at the moment, and sometimes insults people on this forum!. It happens, sadly!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
