Losing weight [im a vegan]?!
so i want to lose about 7-10 pounds!. im already a vegan!. and i just want to know if anyone has any tips on eating healthier or if theres any exorcise tips thanks :]Www@FoodAQ@Com

cut out the processed vegan foods!.!. cut out the fun vegan stuff!.!.!. go to the natural!.!. fresh fruits and veggies!.

got a bike!? that's good motivation!.!. walk walk walk, take the steps!.!.!. walk walk and get into yoga!.!.!. those little things mean alot!

Well, being a vegan is already a step in the right direction!
But you have to make sure you're getting enough protein, etc!.
I would definitely get a good protein shake, which are good as a breakfast (it keeps you full) and for after working out!.
The best workout for fat loss is cardio (running, swimming, anything that gets your heart beating)!.
Personally, I like running!. You don't need anything but shoes! Make sure you get good, comfortable shoes that don't rub against your toes!. That can actually cause your toe nails to fall off!. No joke!.

well there are a lot of things you can do but the question is a little vague!. if you are a vegan than you are probably not taking in massive amounts of fat in your food but make sure you get lots of protein especially before exercising, which you should do 3 times a week or so, and eat a wide variety of foods in order to get all the vitamins and nutrients you can!. that's about all i can say again it would help if i knew more specifically what kind of answer you're looking forWww@FoodAQ@Com
Eat soups-easy way to lose weight and feel great! You can even start with like tomatoe soup and add vegies and rice etc!. so good and low cal-also, go walking or cycle riding or skating-these are all free-you don't need a gym membership to get in shape!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
