How to lose weight as a vegan? ?!


Question: How to lose weight as a vegan!? !?
Im not obese but i just need some help to lose weight!. Im a vegan already and I know I need to exercise, eat less and healthier but its a little hard to stick to a diet :(
The ONLY junk food I eat are cookies btw!. Which is hard to give upWww@FoodAQ@Com

dont eat less eat more !.!.eat all the veggies you want!. Vegan diet wont make you gain weight ,,but starvation will make you store fatWww@FoodAQ@Com

try to cut down on some of the cookies, exercise more, and try to cook healthier!. Like use less butter, use healthier oils, and cut back on some starchy foods such as carrots, potatoes, and cauliflower!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I think you said it yourself!.!.!.exercise and eat less!. Drink lots of water!. I'm sure being a vegan you eat lots of veggies!.!.!.which is great!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Just cut down the amount of cookies you eat, and start jogging or biking more!. :)Www@FoodAQ@Com
