Rice milk pros and cons when on a diet?!


Question: Rice milk pros and cons when on a diet!?
My dr wants me on a milk free diet he said even the lactose free kind!. We are trying to eliminate an elegy (2 years of hives)!. I'm also over weight and im trying to lose weight!. I do not like soy milk unless its the chocolate kind and im trying to lose weight so the added sugar is out!. I know rice is high in carbs so is rice milk bad for you when it comes to that or since its not the rice as a whole is it ok!? any advice would be helpful!. 10 pointsWww@FoodAQ@Com

Try Almond Milk instead!. I don't really like soymilk, so i tried Blue Diamond Vanilla Almond Milk-- It's delicious! A million times better that regular miilk, lower in fat than skim milk, and 90 calories per 8 oz serving!. It's a litle tough to find, but available in trader joe's or whole foods!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Packaged rice milk has sugar in it, but you could also make it yourself with artificial sweetener!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
