Answers:
You're very short on complete protein!. You should have more rice at lunch!.!.!. the proportion of rice to beans for complete protein is something like 3 to 1, and you seem to have it reversed!.

Your dinner doesn't even have significant protein containing vegetables or any grains that I can see!.

And I wouldn't switch away from your dairy milk, it's one of the things giving you complete protein!.

Are you significantly overweight!? Because this is a weight loss diet, not just a vegetarian one!. Add some healthy natural fats, like avocado, EV olive oil, that sort of thing!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Sounds fine, but don't forget to punch it up with lots of protein!. Your body is adjusting so it needs the same nutrients!. Don't forget a once daily vitamin will really help you out!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Your snacks should consist of a lean protein with those natural, fabulous carbohydrates!.

I hope you're exercising regularly!.

Other than that, all's good :)Www@FoodAQ@Com

Seems to be very balanced and healthy!. You might want to put some fresh berries on your breakfast cereal!.!.!.!.!. And, change it up a bit by BBQ griling some tofu or veggies some nightsWww@FoodAQ@Com

fyi-- chili "con carne" means "with meat!." so in your case it would just be chili :)Www@FoodAQ@Com

you're eating fine!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
