Vegetarian Diet!! helpp!!!?!
So i have recently become a vegetarian!. im 21 and engaged and really want to lose weight before trying on wedding dresses!. my problem is that its hard to follow a diet plan because its usually ways chicken and meats!. Then i find that I replacing my meats with carbs, and too many carbs arent good!. Any one have any suggestions!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Try using quorn or a similar product in place of the chicken and meat!. Their website has low fat recipe ideas on it!.

I live in the UK, so I don't know how well know quorn is in the US!. Basically it's a very low fat meat substitute that's still high in protein!.
It comes in a form that's liked minced (ground) beef and also in pieces that you use like chicken!.
But don't eat the ready made products they also make, because they are pretty fat-laden!

Try using healthy carbs such as brown rice, whole wheat, etc!.!.!. instead of the usual white ones!.

Breakfast
-Egg Whites only
-Wheat Bread (Uncooked with Sour Cream / A little butter)
-Orange Juice or 2% or 1% milk or some other juice'
-Grits with nothing in it, but cooked in the microwave
-Try to eat a fruit with it too!.
Lunch
-Try a Salad (With some cooked chicken in it, so you still get your serving, with a type of dressing *not too much*)
-A water (1 Cup at least or Bottle of water!)
-Some Fruit, like a Banana or Orange :)
Dinner
-Try to stay away from desert, or make some kind of pudding or jello
-The main dish can be some kind of meat like some chicken with white rice
-Corn on the Cob, Green Beans, or Carrots cooked
-Or you can try Stir-Fry vegetables! Delicious! You can even mix it with your rice and meat!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Legumes are your friend! Black or kidney beans make good replacements for red meat and white beans can replace chicken in many recipes!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
