There is no specific food that alone will make you a super-genius!. Eating healthy and exercising in general will allow you to perform better in every faucet of your life!.
The time in a person's life when something like this would be most applicable is during early development, which as the others suggested, is an important time to get omega 3 fatty acids!. However, pregnant women (and everyone really) should be careful about the amount of fish they ingest because many species of fish have mercury in them!.
If you're looking for a dietary supplement, ginko biloba has been know to increase circulation to the brain!.

I just saw that this was posted in the vegitarian section (which I am myself)!. You can get linolenic acid from vegitable sources which your body then converts to omega 3, so you don't need fish to get it!. However, I know several people for whom French fries and potato chips are their "vegetables" and they seem to be a few bulbs shy of a full chandelier!.
I don't consider myself highly intelligent!. I'm not as educated (both formal and self) as I would like to be, but I can hold my own in a conversation with people I consider more intelligent!. However, in terms of health and nutrition, I just consider myself better self-educated and better self-aware as what others seem to be or seem to care!. (i!.e!., My FIL who eats a diet of junk food knows that high fructose corn syrup and corn syrup white flour, hydrogenated oils, etc!., but he still eats food with it in it!. I on the other hand try to avoid anything with that junk in it!. My husband will eat stff with those ingredients in it, but at least he doesn't do it on a daily basis!. Just near daily!. Eh!.)

To improve your memory, you need to improve your circulation!. The best way to do that is through enhanced digestion!. So yes, eating lots of raw fruits and vegetables will aid both focus and retention!.

Tuna, and many other types of seafood contain Omega 3 oils which can help you with memorization!. also doing regular brain stimulating activities such as crosswords, soduku, logic puzzles and puzzles can also help!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
