the thing is, a lot of grusome videos highlight the bigger species yet people dont seem to realise fish DO feel pain, perhaps just as much as pigs cows etc
fish suffer terrible and are left to suffocate to death,
plus, despite rumours they REALLY are NOT heaathly
they are dirty and oily!.
maybe give giving up fish a go aswell!?

after that, in respend to your q, you might wana try cutting down on milk and egg as they are both also terrible for the animaals AND your health

thereas also no need for either as you can get dairy and egg free alternatives for everything

im 16 and a vegan and extremly skint
yet i have 2 jobs aswell as my 5 alevels!
i love browsing my local health foos shop
i lvoe finding new exciting things ive not tried beofre
which can be expensive, just like any diet

however living a plant based diet can also be the cheapest if your careful and sparing

milk is basically cow pus and very unhealthy
and eggs are pretty much a chickens period

i use egg replacer (frm holland and barrat) when im craving a big vegan chocolate cake
i also have soya products for milk cream milkshake cheese yogurt etc

and tofu is great
try to avoid quorn as that has egg is and wont be as good for your health a tofu

frozen REAL EAT fake meat is great
you can buy "chunks" or "mince"
and a great trick for being cheap that my mum told me is make a huge chilli/curry with the real eat chunks/mince and some veg , tomatoes, and lovely spices/seasoning!.

THEN one night have it with rice, the next with jacket spud, the next with noodles, then next in a wrap etc
and add a different spice each night too if you want to change the flavour
and there you have a set of meals, dead cheap

i hope i helpied
and i hope you give being meat and dairy and egg AN D FISH ! a go

its really not that difficult and can be cheap
remember to be careful with making sure you get all the nutrients and vitamins your body needs
if you do it right you wont need any supliments
i just love tofu, nuts, seeds, beans and fruit and veg so i get a great balance

i hoe i helpeeed
im in a very chattttery moood tonight

I am a veggie also, as far as organic goes, you would have to read the label because the animals could be used for milk and then slaughtered, i don't know if you care or not, but organic means that the cows aren't shot with artificial growth hormones!. On eggs, make sure that they say "free range" but some times free range just means free range inside of a small building, so you might want to check if it says that the chickens are let outside!. As for other food, theirs eggs, cereal, and morning star fake meat tastes just like regular meat but better!. Rice and beans are the main things that are great for veggies, and soy milk is better for you than regular milk!. Salad and any other green-es are great!. Good luck!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Vegan living can be cheaper that most other diets!. If money is a real issue, stock up on rice, canned beans, veggies and fruits, canned tomato products, frozen veggies, and cheap pizza crust mixes, almonds, and fortified cereals!. Beans were once considered the poor man's meat during economic troubles, so veganism is a great diet to turn to!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

We cook up a packet of dried beans every couple of days and keep the cooked beans in the fridge so we can pull them out when cooking dinner or whatever!. It's more convenient than cooking up the beans then cooking dinner!. The pot of beans can sit and bubble away without much attention while you're doing anything else around the house!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

The animal suffering is not bs, its 100% real!
You can say you don't care about the animal suffering, but to call it bs is like saying its not real!(At least that's what i am interpreting it as, sorry If I'm wrong!)

Mercury is a pretty big thing to be betting your health on!.!.!.!.

You're not a vegetarian if you eat fish!. Sorry to break the news to you!. Fish suffer just as much as other animals when they die!. Maybe more because they suffocate to death, rather than getting their arteries slit or being shocked to death!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Definitley dried beans, especially lentil!. You don't need to soak them b/4 cooking like most beans, and they cook fast!. Plus, you can make a soup out of them, or use them as a side dish!. THey're so versatile that they can be used for different cooking styles!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
