Your body is screaming for iron, protein, and healthy fats!. Eat meat that is raised ethically and that will take away the guilt issue!. (Grass-fed meat from local farms are great for your health and you can even go and see how the animals are taken care of! :D) also many people who I have met that are allergic to peanuts also have reactions to soy as they are both in the legume family (even though it probably isn't as noticeable!.) So I would watch your intake on tofu as it could be affecting your health without you knowing it!. Your body sounds like a "protein type" and you have to listen to your body after each meal!. It doesn't sound like it's taking to well on a diet high in carbs, add some protein and feel the difference! To find where you can obtain healthy meats in your area search here:
http://www!.localharvest!.org/

Other great sources are eggs (from a local farm) and dairy (preferably non-homogenized and non-pasteurized if possible, but make sure it is non-homogenized!) also check out "Perfect Weight America" or "The Maker's Diet" or "Real Food" for my info on eating optimally for your nutritional type (very few people have the right type to go veg)!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Beans are cheap and a great source of protein!. I have been a vegetarian for 15 years!. You have to make sure you are eating a balanced diet!. Eat plenty of grains, lots of fruit and veggies and protein!. Eat a Peanut butter sandwich on whole grain bread for lunch with a handful of raw baby carrots!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

YOU ANSWERED YOUR OWN QUESTION!.
If you don't eat anything, of course you are gonna be weak!. Eat nuts, beans, tofu, leafy greens and you will have no problem!.
If you eat chiko rolls you aren't a vegetarian, sorry!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You dont need meat to thrive!. Eat a wide variety of fresh FRUITs and veggies!. Plus beans, whole grains an a daily b12 supplement!. (and vitamin D IF you live in a region that gets minimal sunlight!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

take pills for your ironWww@FoodAQ@Com

Um because you are probably lacking protein!. If you don't eat tofu or mock meats you have to really pay attention to alternative sources of protein like beans, lentils!.!.!.
tofu/soy and mock meats are jam packed with protein!.
And you last ate a decent meal 2 days ago!.!.!. and that wasn't even healthy!.!.!. so you are weak because you aren't eating nutrients!.

Vegetarians don't pick out meat from anything!. That is not vegetarian!.

tingling can be too much iron actually!.

You need to eat healthier and I'd go to a doctor and get a blood test to check your levels to see exactly what you are lacking in!.

You are not at all a healthy vegetarian!. Read a book about nutrients and being vegetarian!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

first off, buy some omega 3 supplements, you can buy the ones made from flax seed!. I don't know if a grocery store near you sells products by the Morning Star brand, but they're great! and tasty! try to eat some nuts in the mean while!. try to eat in general, because you kind of need to!. If worse comes to worse please eat some meat, I know, this is coming from a strong vegetarian, but put your heath first, please! Just think of it this way, the animals eat each other, and you yourself didn't buy the meat (!?), and just do this to stay healthy, for now!. consult your doctor, or visit a reliable veggie web site, like peta for a great and healthy plan/diet/way to be a vegetarian! good luck, and most importantly, do what you have to, to stay healthy! and make sure to get enough iron as well, my personal favorite cereal is raisin bran, which is full of iron!. And belive me, it is tasty too!. It sounds nasty, but It's sweet, this is coming from a girl who hates raisins and hates healthy cereals, this stuff is great! but seriously do that or take an iron supplement, because I wanted to donate blood, and I couldn't because there wasn't enough iron in my blood!. good luck! oh, so peanut allergy, stay away from nuts, but actually my mom found this new protein rich seed product from a health food store!. It sounds freaky, but it's healthy!. It's called something like Chia seed, and It is the seed of the plant from Chia-Pets, but My mom puts it in everything now (she is another veggie) as well as flax seeds (so does my dad who eats meat, but is a health freak, so they both must be healthy) and you can put those both in drinks, smoothies, food, to avoid eating them plain!. good luck!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

It's awesome that you're against animal cruelty, but if you're not ready to commit to a healthy, balanced, nourishing diet, maybe you should put aside the vegetarianism and focus on getting yourself healthy first!.
Work on adding more fresh fruits and veggies and whole grains to your diet, and gradually swap out meat for other sources of protein: as others said, beans, nuts, etc!. Meat substitutes have a lot of sodium and other additives in them, so keep these to a minimum!.
It is much easier to go veggie if you start with a strong foundation of healthy eating!. If you're getting headaches and tingling sensations it's probably not from anemia but from some other sort of vitamin deficiency!. Getting your iron count tested before cutting out meat is a good idea, because your doctor can recommend how much iron you'll need from natural and synthetic sources!. If you do need to take iron supplements, don't forget to couple them with vitamin C for the maximum absorption, and don't take too many or you risk dangerous overdose or just killer stomach cramps!.
I really commend you for trying to cut out meat, but you've got to take care of yourself dear!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Eat 'em! The meat inside them is already dead, ain't it!?Www@FoodAQ@Com
