Why does Fave nonfat greek yogurt have twice the protein as Dannon nonfat plain yogurt?!

Question: Why does Fave nonfat greek yogurt have twice the protein as Dannon nonfat plain yogurt!?
Answers:
Less water content per serving means more yogurt, which has all the protein in it!.

Let your Dannon sit in a cheesecloth to strain out the moisture, and the same thing happens!. This is also a great way to save money, since Dannon's way cheaper than Greek yogurt!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

That is true of most Greek yogurt!. It is denser!. If you were to put the Dannon in a cheese strainer for a few hours more of the watery content would come out and you would have something closer to (but not the same as) Greek yogurt!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I do not "know" but sure luv the stuff!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
