No, ketchup isn't raw!. And neither is bread!. Raw means unprocessed/unchanged/super-yummy/whole/!.!.!. And ketchup, for you, only means one out of the 5 criteria!.
Neither is bread!.
But, you could just go raw and incorporate those foods too!. But you won;t be fully rae, you won't get the real benefits of becoming raw, you won't want to eat them after a while!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

don't think so!.!.!.!. :(

see below:

"What is the difference between a raw/living foods diet and a vegetarian one!?
Vegetarians and vegans believe in only eating a plant based diet!.
Living and Raw Foodists believe in eating only an UNCOOKED, UNHEATED, UNPROCESSED and ORGANIC plant based diet!."

(bread and Ketchup are processed)Www@FoodAQ@Com

Whole wheat bread and ketchup are both cooked!.
I make breads that are considered raw in my dehydrator, and I make my own ketchup in the blender!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
