I'm afraid not!. To be a raw vegan, you cannot eat anything that has been heated to above 42 degrees celcius!.

No, ketchup isn't raw!. And neither is bread!. Raw means unprocessed/unchanged/super-yummy/whole/!.!.!. And ketchup, for you, only means one out of the 5 criteria!.
Neither is bread!.
But, you could just go raw and incorporate those foods too!. But you won;t be fully rae, you won't get the real benefits of becoming raw, you won't want to eat them after a while!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
