Question: Can I get my vitamin b12 requirements solely from yoghurt and eggs!?
I don't eat meat but I regularly eat yoghurt that contains live cultures and most days I will have an egg in one form or another!. Can I rest assured that I am getting the vitamin b12 I need via these sources alone!?Www@FoodAQ@Com
