Does anyone know any vegetarian, Japanese/Asian recipes that aren't too difficult to make?!

Question: Does anyone know any vegetarian, Japanese/Asian recipes that aren't too difficult to make!?
I want to learn how make a few Japanese meals at home- but I am not a very good cook : )!. My family and I are also all vegetarian (no fish or meat), except for my dad, so I am trying to find a recipe with extremely little or no meat in it!. If anyone knows of any recipes they would like to share, I would be eternally grateful!!! = ) Thanks!Www@FoodAQ@Com
