I've made some 'tofu-balls', which shall I serve with them?!

Question: I've made some 'tofu-balls', which shall I serve with them!?
I shall serve them with spaghetti, but shall I do a 'chasseur' style white wine reduction with shallots, herbs, garlic and mushrooms,

OR

I already have some homemade bottled fresh tomato sauce made with the toms from the green house with onions, red wine, garlic, herbsWww@FoodAQ@Com

If it was me ~ I'd go for the second option ~ I think the toms will add the colour and taste more than a "chasseur" style sauce!.

You could also add the mushrooms to your spaghetti [not too many, but enough for them to be seen and give that little extra taste]

Hope this helps!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

First of all, I love tofu balls! Definately the second option, but that's only because I hate white wine and mushrooms (and really don't think they'll go with tofu)!. Tomato will bring out the flavour of the tofu, but try not to add basil to it- it's easy to slip into that conventional pasta sauce ;) experiment!Www@FoodAQ@Com

I'd serve them with the second option, just because the tomatoes will add more colour to the dish!. It wont look so bland, and dull, but more interesting!. Sounds amazing, by the way!.
