Answers:
Actually Smart Balance cheese slices are kinda rubbery!. They do not melt as good as Kraft cheese slices do!. I know, I have tried them before!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Cheese in general is very binding on the body (it takes 10 pounds of milk to make one pound of cheese)!. Processed cheese slices are even worse!.

Cheese is so hard to digest it puts strain on the body and isn't as healthy as some people claim to be!. When processed it just takes all the nutrients out of cheese!. Instead I would go for real cheese, which alone has litte nutrients but is still better compared with the kraft or any other brand name cheese!. But as a nutritional reminder, butter is better, it is a more raw form of fat and is easier for the body to absorb (also higher than cheese in vitamins)Www@FoodAQ@Com

I haven't tried the Smart Balance slices before, but I'm sure they're better for you than Kraft (yuck)!. I really like the Veggie Slices or Rice Slices too -- they're not vegan (they still contain casein, a hormone found in milk), but they are lactose-free, and better for you then regular cheese!. They melt really well too!Www@FoodAQ@Com

I think cheese slices always taste like rubber!!! But ir your gonna grill them i think they would be ok!. Add a little meat to make them taste even better though :)Www@FoodAQ@Com

I can't see how bad it'd be!. I love their margarine, tastes like regular margarine to me!. So I'd imagine they taste good!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Kraft cheese is much better! I love Borden too!.!.!.anything with a cow on it (or in it) is great!Www@FoodAQ@Com
