What is a good Vegetarian Multivitamin?!

Question: What is a good Vegetarian Multivitamin!?
I have done a lot of research on multivitamins, and it just seems to confuse me even more!. I want to stay away from vitamins with animal products such as Gelatin, but most have non-bovine gelatin!. The ones that I have found without animal products, have over 100% of the recommended daily value!. I have read that if you are taking multivitamins as a preventative measure, not to get one with over 100% DRI!. http://en!.wikipedia!.org/wiki/Multivitami!.!.!.
I dont want to take a knock off brand either!. I just want to stay healthy, so is a Multivitamin even necessary, or does it just cause more problems!? Any help would be great! Thanks!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
There are certain vitamins that are fine over 100% like any of your B vitamins and C vitamins as those are passed through your system if they arent fully used!.

Honestly I think that if you are a vegetarian you NEED to take a multivitamin!. Especially if you are more or less new to the lifestyle!. Most vegetarians who are not following a real vegetarian diet IE: The mac and cheese and pasta vegetarians are the ones who need the multivitamin the mostWww@FoodAQ@Com

Multivitamins are not necessary for a vegetarian!.
Make sure you eat a varied diet and you will be fine!.
Make sure the milk you drink is not made with vitamin D3, as that comes from animal skin!.
Most vegetarians i know do not eat anything with D3 in it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
