My friend wants to become a vegetarian!. An when i say a friend, i really mean, *a friend* xD

i was a vegetarian for years and didnt have any problem finding meals/snacks/food/drinks etc!.
there are a ton of them out there!.
you can basically change any meat in a meal for a vegetarian option!.
and its as easy to cook, eat and enjoy, if not easier!.
and she will be a lot healthier!.

First, let her know that its important to check labels!. Things like gelatin and rennet are made with animal products and usually aren't consumed by vegetarians!.
I can't give you a list of what to eat though she should eat plenty of vegetables and fruits each day!. Still, here's a good site for vegetarian tips and foo!. Tell her to check out their starter kit online!.
