Sweetener for blueberry jello ideas?!
I used tapioca for the stiffner (not horse-hoofs ie, geletin), and boiled down a mixture of blue berries and orgainic 100% blueberry juice!. I used cane-sugar for the sweetener (1/8 cup per cup of BB juice)!. That tasted fine but 2 of my friends were against the processed cane sugar!. I need some different ideas for the sweetner!. Thanks!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

All you have to do is buy non-processed sugar!.
I use sugar in the raw, it is a yellowish color because it is cane sugar, not beet sugar, and no bone char has been used to whiten it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
