Any acid will prevent browning!. Sprinkle it with a little lemon juice or lime juice!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
I leave in the pit (or seed) when I make anything with avocados!.!.It keeps it green for about 24 hours!.!.If you just need to use say half of an avocado just leave in the pit and put in plastic and get as much air out as possible!.!.Even if it turns brown!.!.It's still good!.just scrape of the brown part!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
