Question: HEALTHY Vegan Recipes!?
Just curious!.
Does anyone know some good HEALTHY Vegan recipes!?
Not vegetarian but Vegan!.
It would really help me out a lot!.

How about a nice burrito!? Buy some tortillas and a tin of baked beans (you can choose any kind and look out for the vegan certificate)!. Prepare some nice salsa using chopped tomatoes, onions, coriander/cilantro, lime juice, salt, pepper, and paprika!. Make some guacamole without using any cream or substitute the cream for some silken tofu (avocados, tomatoes, onions, lime juice, salt, pepper, silken tofu)!. Spread some lettuce on the tortilla, and top the rest of the sauces and beans as per your taste (you can use more or less of one)!. Add some cilantro rice on top of it (cooked rice, cilantro, lime juice, and salt - you can add green chillies if you like it hot)!. Roll up the burrito and enjoy!. Make sure the filling is full enough that it drips while you eat!. Add whatever sauces you like - hot chili sauce, enchilada sauce, oh ya, don't forget pickles and jalapenos!.

You can use these toppings on toast (obviously no rolling up like a burrito but eat it like a pizza)!. Try this with different types of beans - baked beans, black beans, chick peas, etc etc!. Use as much seasoning as you want to jazz it up and also add whatever spices you like (cumin, pepper, paprika, etc) to the beans if you are cooking it yourself!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

boil some potatoes
