Peanut butter patties vegan?!


Question: Peanut butter patties vegan!?
heres the ingredients, im not sure about the secret stuff that are in a lot of products!
Heres whats in them
Sugar, enriched flour(wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine monoitrate, folic acid), peanuts, vegetables shortening (Palm, partially hydrgenated palm kernel, and/or cottonseed oils), contains less than 2% of: cocoa (processed with alkali), high fructose corn syrup, corn syrup solids, leavening(sodium bicarbonate, monocalcium phosphate, ammonium bicarbonate), salt, soy lecithin, natural and artificial flavor, artificial color(red #40 lake, yellow#5 lake, blue #1 lake, Blue #2 lake)


So yea, are they vegan!? The first time i asked this question I used what the internet said was in them until I realized it did not match up!! And this one is typed directly off the box!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yup, they're vegan!. I had to look up red #40 to see if it was the one made with carmine beetles, but that's red #4!. Enjoy your peanut butter patties!! :)

but be careful of peanut butter, if in the us anyway, since the recall and link with salmonella

as for eggs!.!.!. i don't consider eggs meat!. are you sure on kosher that eggs can't be with milk!?
