I am pretty sure that just means produced on the same equipment as that stuff, and they can say may contain traces of or produces on the same equipment!. It is still sterilized and everything before anything else is used on it!. I personally do eat things that say that because you are not supporting the milk/meat industry by buying that because no milk/egg/meat where meant to be in the product!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Most vegans i know (one excluded) eat products that may contain trace amounts of (____), though, I won't eat anything that could contain any meat!. If it's made on the same machinery that processes eggs or milk it's fine!. The equiptment is used they are thoroughly cleaned, but it's still stated for liability purposes!. It's only really a warning for people with extreme alergies!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yes I would eat them!. Being vegan is about trying to be as animal friendly as possible!. We have to show people that being vegan is easy and we avoid food just because of the trace ingredient than people will not want to become vegan causing more animal suffering!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I think that in most cases they say that when it's made in the same place/with the same equipment as those ingredients for people with servere allergens!. I'll eat it if it says vegan (i!.e!. Bumble Bars) but if it doesn't (i!.e!. Clif Bars) I don't!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

That usually just means the machinery was used to manufacture other food with those things, so yeah!.

Some vegans are against giving money to animal-killing companies, but I think it's better letting them know that there's a demand for their vegan products!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I still eat the products!. I figure they're just traces of it!. If it had enough of the product to concern consumers, they would add it under ingredients!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

yes!. it's un-avoidableWww@FoodAQ@Com

YESWww@FoodAQ@Com

well i'll eat it if its like soy beans or something but not milk or anything ^^Www@FoodAQ@Com

yes i do,Www@FoodAQ@Com

Well it depends if it may contain traces of peanuts or traces of milk now doesnt it!?!?!? hehWww@FoodAQ@Com
