Answers:
You can easily make it vegan by just rolling up your seasoned rice in nori with some slivered cucumber, avacado, radish, etc!. If you want it to have that nice fishy flavor, use some oyster mushrooms!. Oyster mushrooms get their name from the distinctive fishy taste and texture!. Super healthy, and no animal products-yum!Www@FoodAQ@Com

There are a lot of varieties that are vegan, if you are trying to make your own, then you can put anything you'd like in there!. Just make sure its a good consistency or it may be difficult to cut or swallow(the pieces are usually a large mouthful, as you know)Www@FoodAQ@Com

You can put anything you'd like in sushi! Just put the nori on the bamboo mat, put any filling in it, and roll it up!. Put what every you want in it like tofu, beans, seitan, avocado, veggies, fruit!. Go nuts!Www@FoodAQ@Com
