Don't listen to those people telling you that it's not as healthy as a diet with meat in it!. Because it's certainly healthier!. You don't need as much protein as people have been convinced they need!. And animal protein is what causes a lot of diseases, such as breast cancer, heart disease, Osteoporosis, Kidney Disease, and the list goes on and on!.
Not to mention it's much healthier for the animals since 10 billion animals are killed each year for human consumption, and that's only land animals in the U!.S!. If you include ocean/lake animals, it's closer to 40 billion per year!. And we don't even need to eat them, we're just eating them for our pleasure which is pure evil!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Depends on what you are comparing!. If you are comparing someone who eats a well-balanced vegetarian diet to the average American diet then yes, the veg diet is better!. If you are comparing a veggie diet that consists mainly of potato chips, veggie pizza and soda to a well-balanced diet that includes some meat then the veggie diet is not healthier!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

A healthy diet is a healthy diet by any designation!. There are many more aspects to being healthy than just diet anyways!. It depends on factors such as the exact foods you consume, your genetic makeup, how much exercise you get, your environment etc!.!.!.!.!.

if you do it smart and eat a well rounded and balanced vegetarian diet then it can be!. Since i went vegetarian I have more energy and feel better over all since i'm not eating the toxins found in meat!. It's better for the environment too!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Not necessarily!. If you eat a WELL BALANCED vegetarian diet, yet, its healthier, but not if you just give up meat and live on junk food!. Any diet requires thought and research to make sure you are getting the proper nutrients!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

yes!. you have a better chance of not getting many disease that meat eaters get!. you can be healthier, and thinner!. you just have to learn how to eat well!. with vegetables and fruits!. also you need protein, so beans, seeds, dairy, and tofu(or something like boca burger)Www@FoodAQ@Com
