Vegetarians: what do you eat at Applebees?!

Nachos Nuevos w/o ground meat
Three Cheese Penne w/o chicken
Garden Patch Pizza (on the appetizer menu)
Mozzarella Sticks
Broccoli Alfredo w/o chicken
All in all, limited, but not awful!. I get frustrated with so few options, myself!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I initially found it hard dining out with friends who choose restaurants that mainly serve meat!. I spent too much time and too much money scrutinizing menus for a vegetarian option before I became assertive!. When your dining out and don't see many vegetarian options ask your server (who usually consults the cook) what they could recommend for your dietary preference!. I've found that often times the cook prepares a very good and unique dish that's not even listed on the menu!. This also let's the restaurant know that vegetarian options are necessary as part of their menu selection!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Applebees sucks!. They pay their cooks $8 an hour and the food is crap!. You can order nachos without meat!. I worked for them for six months and couldn't wait to get another job!. At the place I worked at they had a poster every month of the all the food that we had wasted by putting three extra french fries on a plate!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

i work there am i am a vegetarian and honestly you can ask for basically anything without meat!. i usually get cheese and tomato quesadillas or a salad with no chicken!. there are also a lot of soups (although some are made with chicken broth)Www@FoodAQ@Com

When I was vegetarian (I'm Raw Vegan now) I always had a hard time finding anything at Applebees!. They were not very accommodating either!. Whenever I would ask for something without meat they would always say that they couldn't do that!. Eventually I just stopped patronizing their restaurant!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
