Answers:
Well with my block of silken tofu, I take a small strip of it, and cut it into cubes, and saute the cubes in olive or veg!. oil until brown!. Then I add rice, veggies, soy sauce (don't add too much!), and garlic salt, then saute til you believe it's all ready!. It's VERY yummy!.

A nice and simple yet tasty recipe
BAKED EGGPLANT AND TOFU
6 Japanese eggplants, cut into 1/2 to 3/4 inch slices
1 large onion, sliced
1 head garlic left whole
1 12 ounce tub tofu, sliced - 3 grams fat per 4 ounce serving
I put all this onto a big sheet of foil, eliminates clean-up doncha
know!. I sprinkled some lemon pepper on the tofu slices!.
I baked all this in a 400F oven for about 40 minutes, everything looked
well roasted by then!.
I boiled 1 pound whole wheat spaghetti
added all the veggies, including the garlic, squeezed out
dressed with about 1 1/2 cup canned crushed tomatoes and 1/3 cup
tarragon wine vinegar!.

Cut it up into a size you can handle, maybe able 3-4 inches in length!. Lightly stir fir it!. In this case, stir fry without actually "stirring" it!. Just heat it up and swirl the tofu in the wok, and flip it just once carefully, and then serve it with a touch of soy sauce and green onion!. Alternatively, steam it and then put a touch of soy sauce and green onion on it!.
Silken tofu is very smooth but broken up easily, so it should not be handled to tough!. Its texture is wonderful, so just a touch of soy sauce and green onion is all your need to bring the favor out!.
Something like this, except you don't need the dry shrimp:
