AHHH IM SO HAPPY THEY MAKE (GOOD) VEGAN CHOCOLATE MOUSSE!!?!
OK!! I am little bit too excited because ever since I went vegan I have been eating really healthy food and missing my chocolate!. But today I went to Whole Foods (drum roll pleease) and I got the most tasty, vegan chocolate mousse ever!!!! Seriously, this stuff is pure delicousness!. It's better than real chocolate mousse!.

Spiru-tein is a big tub of powder (soya-based) with all the vitamin/mineral requirements for a vegan diet!. You can make a yummy shake by adding any vegan milk (soya,almond,or half and half water)!.
It comes in different flavours and often you can buy the sachets with individual portions !.
My fav flavour is Cookies and Cream!. It can also be mixed to soya yoghrt!. YUMMY!
