Answers:
Hummus is excellent for wraps/sandwiches!.

I buy veggie burgers/veggie chicken sandwiches, put them in the microwave, cut them into strips and put them in wraps with mayo/mustard, spinach/lettuce and cheese!.

portobello mushroom cap with mozzarella and spinach on toasted bun

rice and peas!.

banana cream cheese on toasted bread

yogurt with fruit, or freeze for frozen yogurt

salad (kind of boring) but if you add a sauce with spice and some different cheeses/vegetables!. or try a salad that uses fruit, tends to spice it up!.

avacado with mustard

crackers/bread/toasted pita or vegetables to dip with spinach dip

also can bring cereal and then just use school milk or your own if you drink substitute!.

veggie pizza (uncooked)
pizza crust, cream cheese, broccoli and cauliflower topped with shredded cheese (really good and easy to make! i buy premade pizza crusts and then make a big veggie pizza and cut it into slices eating it throughout the week for snacks and lunch)

veggie pizza (uncooked)
pizza crust, tomato sauce, vegetables/cheese

i have been trying to find new lunch ideas also ><Www@FoodAQ@Com

Try hummus!. It's easy to make!. You will need:
*a can of chickpeas
*some lime juice
*water
*garlic powder to taste

Whirl it all together in a food processor until you get the consistency you want!.

Presto, instant sandwich spread that is very healthy, high in protein, devoid of fat (unless you add a bit of oil to the mixture - but that's a personal choice) and one which will leave you satisfied long after lunch is over and everyone else is reaching for a Mars bar!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Try different nut butters, not just peanut!. Almond butter is great!.
Try different cheeses!. Not just cream cheese, try something with a little kick to it, maybe pepperjack cheese!.
Take a salad with some pine nuts and cheese!.
Try a thermos of great soup, and some crackers, cheese, and a piece of fruit!. Or a thermos of vegetarian chili!.
If you have a microwave at school, try some frozen dinnners!. Many are vegetarian!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
