Fermented beans questions?!
Like yogurt or cheese is made, I remember a food made from bacterial consumed beans!. I'm drawing a blank about it though!. Is it less 'gassy' than regular beans!? What does it taste like!? What is it called!? Can you make it at home, and how!? Thanks!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

you can get fermented beans either frozen or canned usually in asian markets or in the asian section at the supermarket!.!.!. you can also get soy sauce, which is fermented soybeans!. it changes the flavors significantly!.!.!. similar how wine is pretty significantly different that grape juice!. or pickles compaired to cucumbers
as for how gassy it is!.!.!. its used as more of a flavorant than a staple, so i doubt people really consume enough to tell!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
