I went vegan for this exact reason, but I was vegetarian for some time before that which also help me shed pounds!. Once you get over the initial cravings, you won't believe how easy it is!. What you need to do is cut out sugar and salt along with red meat and chicken!. Keep eating fish until you can wean yourself off of it!. FORGET BREADS they are processed monsters, not for the carbs, but for the sugar that goes into it!. Just think, if you couldn't eat this 300 years ago, you shouldn't eat it now!. Raw and fresh is the best way to go!. Dairy is not necessary in your body after you are two, take calcium for that!.
Give it two weeks, and you will feel and look incredible and never want to go back!.
You must love salads though, good luck :-)Www@FoodAQ@Com

First of all, eat a LARGE meal in the morning!. The more you eat at the beginning of the day, the less likely you will be to binge at night!. Secondly, get those processed foods OUT of your house, that way, when you're ready to binge, you wont have as many options!.
Buy foods that are high in water content, like watermelon and cucumber!. also buy foods that take awhile to eat, frozen cherries are my favorite, plus, they'll clean you out!.
Good luck, remember to live in the moment and focus on your breathing!. I know it sounds cheesy but if you focus on your breathing for a minute, you can usually get over the cravings!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

If you want to get away from the processed foods, you might consider going raw vegan -- no processed foods other than the ones you make yourself! A good book to consult is Raw Vegan Revolution Diet, by Cherie Soria (this is the best raw vegan book I've seen for people who want to lose weight -- the weight loss concept is very clearly mapped out in easy-to-understand terms!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
First, you are not eating enough which results in your binge eating habits!. You need to eat more at a meal than just raw fruits and vegetables!. Second, I suggest you buy some vegan cookbooks or look up recipes online!. If you cook for yourself, you will know what is going into your meal so you have basic control!. Third, you need to keep healthier snacks around and keep the processed food to a minimum (Not completely cut it out but buy less of it)!. Lastly, I think you should try to be a vegetarian for a little bit and research veganism!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
One, consider starting out a vegetarian, then work your way up to vegan!. Two, remember why you're a vegan in the first place! If you don't have a good reason to stop yourself from eating that stuff, then why be vegan!? It's all about willpower and determination!. I'm actually a vegetarian but same idea!. Good luck, and do it for the animals! ;)Www@FoodAQ@Com
