Should i go vegan or stay vegetarian ?!

That's a very difficult decision and it's one that I suggest you don't take seriously at all!. And by that I mean that you should be very casual in your move toward veganism!. Try it for a week, see how it goes!. I've been making moves toward vegetarianism and it's a slow process for me!. I tried to be a strict vegetarian and I've found it difficult, so I don't beat myself up now when I finally cave and have meat!. I figure if I am craving it so badly, it must be what I need!. I think if you start to go vegan you will experience the same thing!. The biggest risks with veganism are protein deficiency and calcium deficiency!. Being veg you are already at risk for iron deficiency!.
The decision to cut out animal products can be a frightfully obsurd one for people who readily consume animal products so your meat eating friends and family will panick!. My mother told me the other day that she needs to get more read meat in her diet!. I about freaked! I told her that what she really needs is more beans and whole grains, combined with dark green veggies!.
As vegetarians we already know (or should know if you've done research) what kinds of food you need to eat to remain healthy, but nothing tells you what you need more than your own body!.
I suggest you practice non-strict veganism!. Only eat the animal products when you feel you must!. Don't greedily indulge in a cheese cake, but if you feel you are desperately craving milk or cheese then you should eat it because that's likely what you need!. After satisfying that craving start over!. Reevaluate what you should be eating instead of the dairy so you can be prepared for the next calcium craving!. Eventually your body will begin to have cravings for the food that you want it to!.

It depends on your lifestyle!. If you eat out a lot and enjoy a vegetarian diet high in junk food; you prpbably will not fare well trying to follow a strict vegetarian diet!. A vegan also avoids any use of animal byproducts so: leather, silk, wool and any other items you own have to be eventually replaced with animal free items!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Definitely go vegan, if you want to learn more try listening to this podcast http://feeds2!.feedburner!.com/VegetarianF!.!.!. , it's a podcast aimed at vegetarians who may be thinking about veganism and it addresses what is wrong with dairy and eggs, has great advice on nutrition and if you make the jump to veganism it also provides some excellent advice on cooking and social situations!. It is the reason why I became vegan and I highly recommend it!.
