Answers:
nuts, beans and lentils--all excellent sources of protein!.
if you like tofu--that has high protein
you might be better off eating walnuts to cashews--they are rich in the omega 3 fats, fiber, vitamins and minerals!.
keep in mind that 100 grams is a LOT of nuts!. you won't eat that in one sitting!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Sorry to say but you are not going to find a whole lot of vegetables that contain an extraneous amount of protein in it!. I don't think any vegetable does to be honest!. Your best bet is beans, legumes, and nuts!. There is a reason why they are categorized as protein with the meat and fish!. You can probably find low calorie alternatives to some of these groups in grocery stores!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Processed soy foods are not very healthy, like morningstar, soy milk, quorn, boca burgers ,etc!. As a vegetarian you should eat these foods sparingly!.
Instead you should eat naturally, get your protein from beans, legumes, and nuts!. Examples include lentils (23g of protein per cup!? I think), walnuts, pecans, almonds, black beans, kidney beans, lima beans!. Generally nuts are high in calories, but the calories are mostly from protein/fat, so if you eat just a handful of cashews a day or so, you should be fine!.
Vegetables and fruits that have the most amounts of protein include brocolli, asparagus, cauliflower, avocados, celery, carrots, canteloupe, bananas and peaches!.
Here is a list of plant foods and their protein content:

Leafy greens are an good source of amino acids from which our bodies build protein!. Most of us don't eat enough of them, and I love making green smoothies - blending fruit with leafy greens like baby spinach!. These sound weird but taste yum and are so good for you!.

If you can get hold of it hemp seed it's a good source of protein, being approx 25% protein, 31% healthy fats (has omega 3,6,and 9), and 34% carbohydrates!. It's expensive but you don't need much - I like to add a teaspoon or two to my green smoothies!.
Oh and nut milks!. If you soak nuts their protein content is said to increase and fat content decrease!. I'm addicted to almond milk - sweetened with soaked dates!. You do have to make it yourself which can seem a hassle at first, but gets easier and faster the more you do it:)
