sunflower seeds, almond (slivers, un-salted) take some like chips (the kind u would dip in salsa) and um crush them up and put them on top!. black beans, and soy cheese!. hope this one helped, but here is a website also! enjoy your salad!

I love this website, but there isn't soy cheese only!. subsitute the cheese for soy cheese, and your ready to go!

You got a lot of good answers!. Here are some more suggestions:
raspberries, Mandarin oranges or tangerines, and mint (preferably fresh)!. I use several different types of lettuce such as romaine, boston bib, red leaf lettuce, and throw in zucchini, cucumber, radishes, carrots, olives and sunflower seeds!. There's so much you can do with a salad!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Green peppers, cucumbers, black olives, tomatoes, carrots, broccoli, and maybe if you can find it, vegan pepperoni!.

I like that in a salad!. I used to have pepperoni bits in them before I went vegetarian!. But at my local grocery stores, I have yet to find vegan pepperoni!. So good luck with that one!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

throw in some spinach, tomato and avocado and for dressing EVOO extra virgin olive oil, with vingerette, just a drizzle do not soak your salad!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Salt and freshly ground pepper!! If you don't add these already give it a try!! Someone showed me and I can't have my salad without it!Www@FoodAQ@Com
