What's a good source of Iron if you're a Vegetarian?!

Question: What's a good source of Iron if you're a Vegetarian!?
Answers:
Iron rich foods are
Bran flakes, oatmeal, cream of wheat, wheat germ!.
Sea vegetables, swiss chard, turnip greens, spinach, prune juice, potato
Lentils, black eye beans, navy beans, pinto beans, lima beans, kidney beans, chick beans (this list is quite high)
Tofu, soybeans, tempeh
Pumpkin seeds, dried figs

To help you absorb the iron, eat something with vitamin C, like tomatoes, citrus, red pepper, etc!.

also, if you are taking iron supplements, be careful of the cheap ferrous sulfate, as it depletes vitamin E from your system and has a tendency to bind you up!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
