Well veggie burgers or veggie dogs stick with the traditional BBQ style!. There is also the idea of a really good grilled portabello mushroom sandwich (and it looks like a burger so it has the burger feel)!.
Roasted corn is amazing and I love grilled eggplant!.
A bean and corn salsa is a good warm weather food with tomatoes lots of kinds of beans corn and cilantro (and it has lots of protein which sometimes ishard to get as a vegetarian)
Hope these ideas helpedWww@FoodAQ@Com

I love the idea of grilled sandwiches using marinated Portabella mushrooms!.!.!. I've tasted some excellent ones topped with a bit of goat cheese & caramelized onions!. (search the web for recipes options)!.
The suggested eggplant sandwich is also a good option for a veggie barbecue!.
If you want something slightly more elegant, how about vegetable kabobs skewered & grilled with peppers, onions, mushrooms, tomatoes, pineapples!.!.!.!. or whatever your favorite veggies are that cook well on a grill!. I suppose you could even add marinated or seasoned tofu!.
Serve the grilled kabobs over rice with slivered almonds or rice with a curry flavor or perhaps on a bed of seasoned spinach!.
No offense but I never see the point of being vegetarian if one eats fake meat!.!.so I would steer away from fake hot-dogs & hamburgers!.!.!.the meat eaters won't like them anyway!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Kababs are great on the BBQ - veggies or fruit, with or without marinated tofu!. I love asperagus brusted with a little olive oil!. Pizza in a BBQ is amazing - it's more like a real pizza oven then your home oven is!. You can wrap almost anything up in foil and cook it in the grill - veggies and seasonings with a little butter, or a cored apple with a little cinamon and brown sugar for dessert!. Or potatoes!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
