i love tofu, but some people hate it, although i think most vegetarians love it or learn to love it bc it gives vegs a lot of much needed protein!. i think an all veggie fajita is yummy tho - sauteed peppers, mushrooms, onions spinach, maybe some broccoli or asparagus!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Quorn's designed to fit straight in as a meat alternative, so that would be the most obvious option to me!. Alternately, you could add bulk by cutting your veg less finely - big chunks of almost-raw pepper for example!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

The Morning Star steak strips work quite well!. I add green and red peppers, onions, broccoli and mushrooms!. The chicken style strips work well, too, but I prefer the steak strips!. They're in the freezer section with the veggie burgers!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
