You should be able to get most, if not all, of those in the supermarket!. Some might be hidden away in the healthfood aisle!.
You might have to go to a healthfood shop for 'unusual' things like tempeh, seitan, tofu (though you'll find that in more places than the first two), nori, nutritional yeast, almond milk, hemp milk, quinoa, amaranth, chia, etc!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I typically purchase beans, lots of veggies and fruits, tofu or soy milk and sometimes soy yogurt or cheese, pasta, various grains (brown rice, quinoa, etc!.), breads, orange juice, peanut butter, nuts, crackers, frozen convenience foods for those busy days (like rice and whole bean burritos, no cheese pizza, Amy's toaster pops), cereal, oatmeal, and probably other stuff I am forgetting right now!. I buy less frequently (b/c it lasts a long time) things like nutritional yeast, egg replacer, flax seeds and molasses!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
What you know you'll eat!.
I know what is BEST for your health, but I doubt you know how to eat that stuff properly if you've just switched from standard diet!.
Ideally you should be aiming for 5 serves of vegetables and 3 serves of fruit MINIMUM in your day, also a serve of nuts is good too!.
If you can get that in!.!.!.
You're on the right track!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
