You expect someone to name everything that fits this situation!?! Hellll, anything that doesn't have meat IN IT doesn't have meat! Duhhh! Cereals, fruits, vegetables, breads, puddings, pies, cakes, rice, grits, oatmeal, etc!. Vegetarians, if I'm not mistaken, stay away from milk products too since milk comes from animals and animals are made of meat!. So, you would have to do without ice cream, milk, sour cream, yogurt, and butter!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

i dont eat red meat, pork, or chicken!. just seafood and other things like you normally would i just dont put meat in it!. for example i make tacos with rice and black beans as my "meat" and then top with the usual stuff or chili with no meat just extra veggies!. there are so many ways to make things without putting meat in it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
