sometimes they add chicken broth to tofu soup, you must be careful!.!. they will say no meat because they do not consider broth to be meat !.!.they add beef broth to the sweet and sour!.!.!.

I would stick to spaghetti !.!.lol!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

This is what cereal for dinner nights are for!. Well, pasta and tomato sauce made at home is cheap and doesn't take much time or energy, or beans and rice or a veggie burger on whole wheat and some frozen veggies!.!.!. Frozen whole wheat waffles with Smart Balance and real maple syrup; Oatmeal with frozen fruit or raisins and brown sugar and maple syrup!.!.!.

I cooked for myself for a few years before my husband started to get creative in the kitchen and to see what he could make for both of us!. also, we still have nights where we make sure we properly feed our 18-month-old daughter (of course), but do our own thing for dinner!. Veg recipe sites have some great recipes that you could make ahead and freeze or even search "vegan make ahead meals"!.

also, I'm cheap and try to avoid eating out, especially when I can make something just as good, if not better at home for much cheaper!. (i!.e!., the pasta and bread you would get at the restaurant is probably white, whereas I can get a box of whole wheat pasta and a can of sauce for no more than $2!.50!.)Www@FoodAQ@Com

Garlic bread is SOAKED with butter and spring rolls are deep fried!. So none of these are!.!.!.good!.

If you skipped the bread,he spaghetti isn't terrible!.However, unless it is a very hearty salad, that meal wouldn't be a "healthy meal", just healthier!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

most of those dishes has alot of oil, fat, and salt
especially the chinese food they put msg, and soy sauce in everything
but i would just order a tofu soup with vegetables, the soup is clear and it tastes so good from the chinese food placeWww@FoodAQ@Com

Lasagna Florentine with garlic bread and salad

or

Broccoli with garlic sauce, rice, and spring roll(ask for the sauce on the side)

for both of these, portion it out properly for yourself!.!.!.you will def have leftoversWww@FoodAQ@Com

Broccoli with garlic sauce, rice, and spring roll

but ask for brown rice!. The Italian dishes are pretty high in carbs!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

i would be careful with the lomein because they put oyster sauce and meat products to make the sauceWww@FoodAQ@Com
